Firm Feel will email you an invoice for review. To finalize your order with us, you can call in with your payment information. Credit cards will not be charged until the date shipped. Firm Feel will then email you a final invoice when your order is being shipped, which includes the shipping cost (calculated sooner upon request). Finally, a tracking number will also be sent in a separate email.


1. Methods of payment. We accept Visa and Master card. You can also send a check or money order to Firm Feel, Inc. at 2730 NW Bliss Rd. Vancouver, WA 98685.

2. Once your order arrives, check it at once. Please inspect your order, comparing it to the enclosed invoice. Back ordered items will be noted. If there are any problems - omissions, damaged items, wrong items shipped - please call us immediately.

3. Returns: Please have your invoice handy when you call. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excepting damaged or mis-shipped goods. In the case of damaged items - replacements will be made. Returned merchandise must be received by Firm Feel before reshipment or credit can occur. All return shipments must be prepaid.

4. Questions About Our Products: We are happy to answer technical questions over the telephone. You can also email questions to our tecnical department or office administrator. If you want to mail us a question, please submit it in writing by regular mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope included. We'll do our best to get an answer for you in a timely manner. Email and address information can be found on our contact page.

5. Problems: We do our best to avoid them. If you have a problem with your order, contact our technical help department by phone or mail, with a short description of the problem. We'll do our best to help you. When emailing or writing, please include your daytime phone number so that someone can get back to you. We want you to be satisfied with your FIRM FEEL order! We gear our business toward the hobbyist and do NOT reimburse for labor costs if you hire another person to do your installation work for you, sorry.
