3. Returns: Please have your
invoice handy when you call.) Returns are only accepted within 30 days of invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excepting damaged or mis-shipped goods. In the case of damaged items—replacements will be made. Returned merchandise must be received by Firm Feel before reshipment or credit can occur. All return shipments must be prepaid.

We gear our business toward the hobbyist and do NOT reimburse for labor costs if you hire another person to do your installation work for you, sorry.
